TSS and its principal, Charles Roush, serve three areas of the transportation industry; the motor carriers, the legal community, and the education community.

TSS and Mr. Roush serve essentially all aspects of the Motor Carrier Industry, whether operating interstate or intrastate trucking, lighter trucking, buses or motor fleets, throughout North America.  Those services include safety training, driver training, motor carrier accident avoidance training, compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) along with the similar State safety and hazardous materials regulations as well as setting up complete motor carrier safety programs and courses.

TSS and Mr. Roush also serve the legal community by assisting attorneys in understanding the complexities of Federal and state motor carrier rules and regulations and the complexities of carrier operations and identification, by reviewing cases to ascertain regulation violations, carrier violations and driver violations, and by providing testimony, where necessary, in state and Federal courts throughout the United States. 

Finally, TSS and Mr. Roush provide education and training services to a wide segment through seminars (private and public) related to such things as accident avoidance, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), DOT compliance and inspections, hazardous materials compliance and regulation, and related fields.
